Registration is open for Probability and Statistics with R, a weekly live course beginning Sunday, 30 August 2026. Sessions run for 1.5 hours every Sunday, from 8:30 to 10:00 AM IST, for about 27 hours of lecture time across roughly 18 sessions.

The course covers probability, conditional probability, random variables, joint distributions, the law of large numbers, the central limit theorem, estimation, and the R programming used to work with them. It is the probability-and-statistics component of Quantitative Foundations for Economics and is taught in the same Sunday sessions, first in the sequence. You may take it on its own, or enrol in the full QFE course, which continues into real analysis, linear algebra, convexity and optimization, and econometrics. Sessions are live only and are not recorded. The fee is ₹25,000.

Full details and registration are on the Workshops & Other Courses page.
